I was told to get a lrg when I reached out to the company, but decided to go with a med and it was actually better. When I workout I notice it get a bit looser so I'm able to tighten it and continue working out. I was afraid if I got the lrg I'd be swimming in it.

I suffer from a back injury, and the belt had really helped minimize my risk of injury, because it causes me to have great posture. I'm usually in a lot of pain afterward my workouts, but it's much bette using the belt. It definitely sintches you in. I wish it was a little longer, I feel like I bulge a bit on top and bottom. But that's my only complaint.
