THE KEY TO RESULTS IS CONSISTENCY. WAIST TRAINING WORKS SIMILAR TO THE WAY BRACES WORK ON TEETH, THE TIGHT COMPRESSION FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME IS WHAT WILL TRAIN THE WAIST. RESULTS MAY VARY BUT AVERAGE LOSS WITH COSISTENCY IS 2-4 INCHES WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH.

 

HOW DO I TAKE CARE MY WAIST SHAPER?

THE LATEX GARMENT SHOULD BE PAT WASHED AND AIR DRYED AND THE THERMAL CAN BE HAND WASHED AND AIR DRYED. PLEASE DO NOT PUT INSIDE THE WASHING MACHINE OR DRYER AS THIS WILL RUIN GARMENT.
